President Mori Prepares for United Nations General Assembly Meetings in New YorkPalikir, Pohnpei (FSM Information Services): September 21, 2009 - FSM President Emanuel Mori has arrived in New York to attend the United Nation's 64th General Assembly. While in New York, the President plans on attending various meetings and gatherings, including the AOSIS Climate Change Summit on Monday, September 21st, the UN Climate Change Summit and Pacific Small Island Developing States Leader's Event on Tuesday, September 22nd, and the UN General Assembly, which begins on Wednesday, September 23rd. On Friday, the 25th of September, President Mori will address the UN General Assembly. Accompanying the President on the trip are the First Lady and Secretary of Foreign Affairs, Lorin Robert.
